Structured Career Paths for OTD Team Members

 

OTD University is an ultramodern educational environment where you can participate in virtual, and classroom training classes to earn certificates of completion towards career advancement and life skills.  OTD University will be used during the on boarding of new management personnel, advancement training and continuous training to ensure consistent methodical training on OTD programs, policies and procedures.

How does this program work?

If you are interested in taking any of the courses listed on our website, see your manager so that he/she can arrange the approval for you to take the courses.  Once the course is satisfactorily completed, you will receive a certificate of completion.  Each time you take and pass a course you will be awarded OTD points. These points can be redeemed for merchandise and other OTD perks.

What does this mean for me?

If you are currently on the phones, OTD University will provide a clear path towards management positions by outlining the required courses that must be completed in order for you to apply for open management positions.

What if I am in a management/QA/WFM or training role but want to be promoted?

OTD University will also provide a clear path towards promotion by outlining the required courses that must be completed in order for you to apply for open positions.

Will OTD University offer training that does not apply to OTD career advancement?
