The Mission & Vision
I have been asked many times since our founding in 2003, “What distinguishes One Touch Direct from our competitors?” I wish I could say we have better technology, or we train people differently, or our prices are better. I like to think we are just as great as the biggest companies in the industry. But what distinguishes us is our culture, and an exceptional customer experience. This is because of our people, and how we support them. A company can’t do that alone. It’s up to each and every individual from the top down, and at the top is our call associates. Our call associates remain our most valued assets and sit on top of our corporate pyramid.
