Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, for one of our exclusive high-profile clients, you will provide premier assistance and support to customers in resolving concerns, selecting appropriate products, and upholding a positive brand image while creating a phenomenal customer experience on each call. 

Generous Compensation

  • $11.40 per hour base hourly wage plus commissions based on sales and quality performance
  • Earn up to $13.15 per hour base hourly wage based on performance metrics

Day to Day Responsibilities

You will be able to use your sales experience and knowledge, caring nature, and top-notch customer service skills to make an impact on your customers’ day. Your main responsibilities will include::

  • Providing information about products, goods and services
  • Accurately documenting and updating customer records
  • Up selling products or services to customers, when appropriate
  • Remaining calm, positive, and helpful even when dealing with upset customers
  • Knowing when to escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to your manager on ways the company can improve
  • Performing other duties as needed and assigned by your management team
