What to expect Day to Day

 

As a trained Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile Gencare, you’ll be actively listening to inbound customers’ concerns and rapidly finding solutions. You will be trained to use various computer systems to find the answers you’ll need. These systems were specifically designed to help our team resolve different and unique scenarios a customer may be experiencing. Our team members are always reassuring, engaging, and respectful while verifying the details of their account and neutralizing the situation. While the environment at OneTouch Direct is fast-paced and sometimes loud, you will still be able to have the ability to sit for extended periods of time.

By being a part of the T-Mobile Gencare team, you will be working in an environment that is family-oriented and festive. While the shifts may seem long, we offer flexible schedules and overtime pay. Don’t be surprised to find daily raffles based on performance metrics occurring daily. We also host potlucks, milestone celebrations, and theme days! Your co-workers and Team Leaders will be there every step of the way to help you when you need them the most. Ongoing training and team-building exercises are the order of the day. Training: We offer an extensive training program and ongoing support to make sure that you are well prepared to handle each and every unique call you receive.

Commissions and incentives: Although T-Mobile is all about the customer service experience, OneTouch Direct offers amazing commissions and incentives to our agents for their up-sells and Quality Assurance scores.

Path of Success:

  • Management experience, but not necessary (we can help with our OTD University)
  • Dependability (ex. always arriving on time for scheduled shifts)
  • Exceed metrics standards
  • Has a great attitude
  • Shares best practices with others so that all OneTouch Direct team members can succeed

Basic Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency (MS Window)
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Confidence
  • Adaptable to changes
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Great work ethic
  • Pass a drug test and background check
